What is...Girls Gone Riding?

Girls Gone Riding began as a women's team for the Arizona MS 150 bike ride. Because so many women wanted to prepare for the ride but were uncomfortable with group rides with men, and because often women didn't have anyone to mentor them, I started the team to share what I know, meet more riding friends and overall, have the best time at the MS ride!

It wasn't long before I learned that there are far more women than I ever dreamed who shared those objectives!

Over the last four years, Girls Gone Riding has become so much more. Today, it's:

A women's cycling community, soon to become a nationwide women's club.

An all-women's bike ride held each year in February benefitting local charities.

A learning source for cycling.
